Be great wouldn't it to already have in your memory bank the highs... and of course the lows of the year.
According to NeuroLinguistic Programming theories you can do it with such exercises as TimeLine. That's where you imagine yourself on the other side of the events you're looking towards and look back at them as having already happened.
I've used that once or twice and it works... especially if you have fears looking toward something. As they say, anxiety is a condition of the future and guilt a condition of the past.

What if I could create.... (fill in the blanks)
What if I didn't know I couldn't do.... (fill in the blanks)

And pull them towards you!
All blessings for 2015
