So I've begun to create audio reflections - short ones usually around five minutes. I hope it helps other people but if I'm honest it helps me most.
It clears my mind of thoughts that might be festering there.
It helps me pay attention to the words I read.
And above all it makes me take another look at how I translate what I think are my spiritual beleifs into actions that show up in everyday living.
